Registration Made Easy 

 
The VICS Secretariat strives to make registration as effortless and convenient as possible. This year, complete registration, including committee selection, is available online. Registering for VICS XVII involves just two easy steps: 

Step One: Fill out the online registration form on the Register Page. You will soon receive an email confirming your registration and providing valuable information that you will need to begin planning your trip to Charlottesville in the spring. Please check the confirmation to ensure that all of your registration information is correct. 

Step Two: Should you choose not to pay by credit card, send your School Registration Fee and all Delegate Fees payable to the International Relations Organization to the following address:

You will again receive an email confirmation when we have received your payment for the conference.

Registration opens October 1st, 2011
Priority Registration closes December 7th, 2011
Regular Registration closes February 8th, 2012

Registration and Committee Selection

You must register and we must receive your School Registration Fee and Delegate Fees before you can submit Committee Preferences or receive Committee Position Assignments. This means that delegates will not receive an assignment until their full delegate fee is received. The attendance of every delegate is extremely important to the success of our small-sized committees. For this reason, the registration and refund policies are strictly enforced and no exceptions will be made with regards to payment.
